Policies

Garage parking is limited to three vehicles with additional outside parking available.
We encourage guests to share rides.

Once rental dates are confirmed, an invoice will be issued itemizing the rental rate and security deposit. One half of the total fees due shall be charged at this time. Forty-five (45) days prior to the date of stay, the balance of the fees shall be charged. Cancellations made after this time will result in forfeiture of any and all fees paid.

We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation investment. Waiver, included with rental information, must be signed and returned at the time reservations are made.

Access instructions will be sent one week prior to arrival unless other arrangements are made. Check-in time is 3pm and Check-out time is 11am.

Please be aware that O’Brienhouse is not affiliated in any way with Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.

The house will be clean upon your arrival and cleaned upon departure. “Extraordinary” cleaning will be charged to the security deposit.

Once house is inspected upon departure and keys are returned, the security fee will be refunded,
less any damages related to your stay. If needed, replacement keys and/ or locks required will be deducted from security fee.
